What to do? If Roku Remote Stopped Working

So if you are been using your Roku for some time and each and everything is hunky-dory. Then one day you are stabbing on the buttons on your remote and nothing takes place. !!! My Roku remote stopped working - WHY???? Get touch with Roku customer support.

Here's what you need to do in case your Roku remote stopped working:
  1. Put off the batteries from the remote.
  2. Look carefully into the battery compartment of the remote and find the purple button shown circled in pink, at the bottom.
  3. Unplug the power from the Roku.

  5. Plug the power again to the Roku.
  6. Await Roku banner to dance around on the display screen.
  7. Put both the batteries again inside the remote.
  8. Press and maintain the pink button inside the battery compartment of the remote for 5 seconds.
  9. Wait for the Roku to complete booting up.
