The nation's largest cable operator is starting beta testing and its Xfinity TV app for Roku devices is also starting later this year. And here sneaking charges applied that customers will find outrageous. In this edition of Ask Maggie, I explain how the charge works in this process and why customers might want to let Comcast know they're not happy about it.

Cable had a poor reputation for customer satisfaction. But Comcast has the worst of the worst reputation. The company been called humiliated for its employees because the bad treatment of customers to them.Customers can get help from Roku's helpline no which is used for Roku Set-top-box and it is also called roku tech support.

In company several customers recorded phone calls with Comcast customer service representatives in 2014 in which the employees verbally abused them. The Federal Communications Commission fined the company last year for $2.3 million for charging customers for premium channels, other products and services they hadn't requested.

Now the Roku app will let you watch all the Comcast channels available through your set-top box on a TV, that's not connected to a big, ugly cable box. Those set-top boxes are unsightly and bulky and also expensive. Comcast charges $9.95 for each additional set-up-box..Customers can get help from Roku's helpline no which is used for Roku Set-top-box and it is also called roku tech support.
